Visit the home of Bluetongue Beer and enjoy a tasting paddle of the available varieties (own expense). The Ginger Beer is a must! View an introductory DVD which explains the wine-making process. Learn about the history of wine in the Hunter region.

Enjoy a tasting platter lunch offering a range of local produce. Taste boutique wine at its best at Oakvale, one of Australia's oldest working wineries. At the quaint village of Hunter Valley Gardens enjoy wine tasting at Hunter Cellars. Stroll through the boutique shops and why not try some chocolate at the candy store. Visit the Ken Duncan Gallery to see the works of this famous Australian photographer.
