EVIL ENTREE
Gourmet Tart
Caramelised onion and Semi-dried tomato tart in a delicate puff pastry shell with a quiche filling of egg, cream and goats cheese. Served with a roquette and parmesan salad. (Vegetarian)
MURDEROUS MAINS
Bloodsucking Beef
250g of prime scotch fillet cooked to a perfect medium served with creamy mashed potato and steamed seasonal vegetables finished with a red wine jus.
Feindish Fish
A pan-fried kingfish fillet is served with roasted chat potato and a chunky salsa of tomato, spanish onion, cucumber, kalamata olives.
Lector's Lamb
A delicious lamb rump flavoured with garlic and rosemary roasted served with a minted pea mash and steamed seasonal vegetables finished with a port wine jus.
'Cut-throat' Chicken
Classic cacciatore, Chicken breast simmered in a sauce of tomato, white wine, mushroom, carrot, celery and garlic all served on a bed of fluffy mash potato.
Vlad's Viscious Vegetarian
A vegetable stew of capsicum, onion, zucchini, mushroom and eggplant simmered in a delicious tuscan tomato sauce. Presented in our famous skull bowl.
