Day 1: Cairns - Cape Tribulation
Depart Cairns at 7.00am with your Driver guide in an air-conditioned 4WD vehicle. Travel the scenic route to Mossman then on to the Daintree River, where it's 'all aboard' for an informative one hour river cruise. We ascend the Alexandra Range and stop for a panoramic view of World Heritage Rainforest merging with the Coral Sea. Experience the rainforest intimately on our elevated National Park Boardwalk. Enjoy a delicious barbecue lunch before we travel along the 4WD only Bloomfield Track to Emmagen Creek. We spend the night at Cape Tribulation.

Day 2: Cape Tribulation - Cooktown
We'll journey on the Bloomfield Track, over rugged mountain ranges and river crossings. Look for crocodiles and other wildlife and fauna. After lunch we'll visit the mysterious Black Mountain, which is steeped in Aboriginal legend, before arriving in Cooktown for the evening.

Day 3: Cooktown - Cairns
This morning is at leisure to explore Cooktown. Visit the James Cook Museum or stroll along the shores of the Endeavour River. Or perhaps join Nugal-warra Elder, Willie Gordon, on the Rainbow Serpent Rock Art tour (own expense). Later, we travel north on the Mulligan Highway through the Palmer River Gold Mine region, the Outback of Far North Queensland. Stop for dinner in Mount Molloy (own expense) before returning to Cairns, arriving at approximately 9.30pm.
